LCL-DDP
Consolidation shipping involves sending the goods you purchase from your home, physical stores, Taobao, or JD.com to our transit warehouse, or we can arrange for pickup.
Then they are collected and packaged together, and shipped to your destination country by air or sea, with door-to-door delivery.
The consolidation process also includes packing, inspection, customs declaration, arranging air and sea freight, customs clearance, delivery, and other procedures.
However, we will handle these processes, and customers only need to pay the relevant shipping fees to wait for delivery with peace of mind.
LCL-DDP Misconception
Door-to-door delivery: This refers to including customs duties, not customs clearance. For sensitive goods, without import/export qualification certificates, they cannot clear customs during inspections and may be detained or confiscated by local customs.
If your goods are inspected by customs at the destination and cannot be cleared, we will compensate you according to the RMB 50 /KG standard.RMB50/KGShipping fees are non-refundable.
LCL-DDP Operation Process:
First, provide the tracking number when sending a package to the warehouse.
Secondly, submit the relevant information to our website system, such as: product name, quantity, value, courier name, and tracking number.
Next, after all the packages arrive at the warehouse, the waybills are checked, the goods and their corresponding quantities are verified, and they are vacuum-packed, then placed in boxes and weighed.
Then, our documentation team will verify the shipment data (number of pieces, weight) with you. Once the data is correct, an invoice will be issued, informing you of the shipping costs you need to pay. After you make the payment, we will ship the goods to you and provide a tracking number for you to check.
Finally, you can use the tracking number to check the status of your package and track its location in real time while waiting for customs clearance, delivery, and receipt.
What should I be aware of when doing consolidated shipping?
Goods are generally classified into three categories: ordinary goods, sensitive goods, and prohibited goods.
Regular goods are common, non-first-tier brand products. Examples include 3C electronics, clothing, phone cases, women's bags, shoes, etc.
Sensitive goods are those containing liquids, batteries, magnets, brand-name items, food, and powders, etc. These types of goods need to be arranged to go through sensitive channels.
Otherwise, if caught, they will be charged double the shipping fee, or have their goods confiscated and be fined, etc.
The final prohibited items include white powder, weapons, drugs, flammable and explosive goods, etc., which are strictly prohibited from being transported abroad.
Otherwise, if caught, you could face confiscation and fines at best, and legal trouble at worst! So you need to be extra careful.
Therefore, there are differences in logistics prices between general cargo and sensitive cargo in consolidated shipping.
Currently, the countries with which we have established dedicated shipping lines include: the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, most European countries, Australia, New Zealand, and others.
